The Demofonte Portfolio, formerly ENEL assets, has168 assets in Italy, concentrated in Lombardy, Emilia-Romagna and Veneto.
So far, 104 assets covering 31,000 square meters indoor and 80,000 square meters outdoor have been sold, with a value of 15 million euros. The entire portfolio covers 110,829 square meters of built-up area and 415,532 square meters of outdoor area.
Management includes Property & Facility Management, due diligence, financial coordination, and property development.
